WORKSHOP CONDUCTED – IN ASSOCIATION WITH COALITION FOR GOOD AND NUTRITION SECURITY (CFNS)
Round Table Policy Dialogue on the topic “Ending Odisha’s Hunger and Malnutrition by 2030” was organized on 30th September 2022. Blood donation camp was |
A blood donation camp was organised by Bhavan’s Centre for Communication & Management, Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with Lion’s Club Bhubaneswar on 11th January 2023 at AB Hall, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. A team of doctor & nurses of Capital Hospital came for the collection of blood. About 10 PGDM students of BCCM volunteered for the camp. Over 34 donors from BCCM & nearby locality participated and donated blood. A certificate of appreciation, donation card, refreshments was given to each donor as a token of gratitude. |

Bhavan’s Centre for Communication & Management, Bhubaneswar organized a dental check-up camp for all its students on 11th January 2023. The aim of the camp was to check, regulate and maintain the dental wellness of the students and spread awareness regarding dental health and hygiene. |

Student Development Program and Faculty Development Program |
Student Development Program and Faculty Development Program at Cuttack Degree College, Bidyadhar Pur, Nayabazar, Cuttack was conducted on 13th January 2023 in their auditorium. The program was attended by more than 80 students and all faculty members including the Principal Dr. K. C. Sahu, HOD Home Science Dr. Sradha, HOD Computer Science Prof. Bandita and many others . The topic was "Organize yourself & Stress Management" delivered by Prof. R.N.Patanik, Sr. Director, Bhavan;s Centre for Communication and Management, Bhubaneswar under their CSR initiatives. The program was very well received and appreciated by students and faculty members. |

On 6th of March’2023, Commander V.K. Jaitly : Management Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Motivational speaker , Writer, Entrepreneur & Board member of IIT Bhubaneswar ; addressed the students of Bhavan’s Centre for Communication & Management on “Dreams to Destination : Shaping your future in next two years”. Cdr Jaitly’s talk was rich with practical experiences & examples cited went home with the students’ fraternity very well. It will help them to change their attitude, mindset & prepare them towards interview for placement & subsequent career growth. Faculty members, many eminent personalities & corporate professionals also attended & applauded the talk immensely. |

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bhubaneswar Kendra conducted the 135th episode of Cultural Outreach Program in association with the Infosys Foundation on 17th July 2023 evening in its Munshi Hall. A “Bhajan Samaroha” was organized as part of this program where eminent Odia Bhajan Singer performed and enthralled the audience. Students of BCCM, Bhubaneswar organized the program as this is one of their cultural initiatives under Srusti club. |

To promote awareness among students, a tree plantation drive was organised in the premises of Bhavan’s Centre for Communication & Management, Bhubaneswar. The aim of this initiative was to sensitise pupils about the benefits of planting trees. Students of BCCM actively participated by planting saplings and also took pledge to protect Mother Earth. |
